The Mahi Jala Sweet & Sour Sauces are made to a special recipe using specially chosen Jalapeno peppers. The sauces combine sweet and sour flavours with a touch of spice and heat. They are ideal for flavouring your favourite poultry, meat, fish and vegetable dishes. They also make great spicy marinades and or try a dash in your stir-fries.
