Mahi Rub & Marinade Sauces are specially formulated to be used:
• As a quick rub to add flavour to Chicken Wings before cooking
• For marinating Chicken Wings for 4 to 12 hours before use for a distinct and satisfying spicy flavour
• As a cooking sauce, add 10g Sauce per 100g Chicken Wings. Simply sauté Onions, seal the Chicken Wings, add the Sauce and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
Ingredients: Water, Red Chilli Paste, Onion Paste, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Mixed Spices, Citric Acid, Coriander Leaf Puree, Ground Onion, Milk Powder, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum).
