Chicken Masala - Mangal

Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Chilli, Turmeric, Black Cardamom, Black Pepper, Cloves, Mace, Salt.

Recipe Suggestion: Chicken Curry Masala - serves 4

500g chicken
50g sliced onions
100 g coconut,
3 tbsp ginger paste
3 tbsp garlic paste
50 g oil/ghee
50 g sliced tomatoes
25 g roasted cashew
1 cup water

Mix 4 tbsp Mangal Chicken Masala, the ginger, garlic, coconut and water to form a thick paste.

Heat ghee/oil in deep pan and add the above mixture, sliced tomatoes & onions.

Add the chicken and cook until the chicken is tender.

Serve hot, garnished with the cashews.
