Chicken Tikka Masala - Mangal

Product of India.

Ingredients: Coriander, Chillies, Garlic, Cumin, Ginger, Pepper, Mango Powder, Turmeric, Cloves, Green Cardamom, Nutmeg, Mace, Salt.

Recipe Suggestion: Murg Tikka - serves 5

1 kg chicken, cubed
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp Mangal Chicken Tikka Masala

Mix all the ingredients and marinate the cubed chicken for 3-4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Thread the chicken cubes onto a skewer.

Cook the chicken under a pre-heated grill, turning the skewers, until the chicken is light golden brown.

Serve hot, garnished with onion rings, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
