A spice mix for meat curry.

Product of India.

Ingredients: Coriander, chillies, Turmeric, Garlic, Ginger, Gram Flour, Cumin, Cloves, cinnamon, Black Pepper, Bay leaves, Fennel, Fenugreek, Mango Powder, Salt.

Recipe Suggestion

Mutton curry - serves 4

500g meat, cut into pieces
8 green chillies
2 tbsp oil/ghee
100g coconut
250g boiled potatoes
25g chopped onion
5-8 curry leaves
1-11/2 cups water
11/2 tbsp ginger paste
11/2 tbsp garlic paste

Heat the oil in a deep pan and sauté the onions, green chillies and curry leaves until golden brown.

Add the meat with 4tbsp Mangal Meat Masala, ginger and garlic pastes, coconut, water and salt, and cook on a low heat until the meat is tender.

Add the cooked potatoes and heat through.
