A spicy sauce mix for dumplings (panipuri).

Product of India.

Ingredients: Mango Powder, Coriander, Salt, Cumin, Black Pepper, Black Salt, Mint Leaves, Bishop Weeds, Ajwain Seeds, Ginger, Dry Green Chillies, asafoetida.

Serving Suggestion

50 pani puris
250g boiled potato
100g sprouted whole moong, cooked
Mangal Pani Puri Masala
Dry green chillies - optional
Dried mint leaves - optional
Date and Tamarind chutney - optional

Mix the Mangal Pani Puri Masala with water to form a smooth sauce. Add the dry green chillies and Dried mint leaves (if using).

Serve the pani puris filled with the sauce, alongside the sprouted moong, boiled potato and chutney.
