A spice blend for stuffed, fried vegetables.
Product of India.
Ingredients: Coriander, Salt, Dry Mango, Chillies, Pepper, Mustard, Nutmeg, Nigella, Bishop Weeds, ginger, Cumin, Cardamom, Caraway, Mace.
Recipe Suggestion:
Arrange a selection of par-boiled vegetables, such as potatoes, okra, onions, karela, aubergines, tomatoes, on a flat pan (Tava).
Stuff the vegetables with the Mangal Tava Fry Masala and cook them over a low heat until tender.
