The Maysan family business was established in 1962 and has been making authentic Oriental pastes and powders to their own secret recipes ever since.

Their first range was taken from the restaurant's kitchen and produced in response to strong demand from loyal customers who wanted to be able to make Maysan restaurant dishes at home.

Malaysian Curry Sauce is a concentrated paste filled with many exotic spices, which can turn any old dish into a tantalising, aroma-filled feast!

Directions: Simply whisk 85g Maysan Malaysian Curry Sauce paste in to 568ml cold water and bring to the boil, stirring constantly, then serve.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Non Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Curry Powder (Turmeric, Chillies, Coriander, Fennel, Cassia), Flavour Enhancer MSG, Salt, Sugar.

Allergens: contains wheat, fennel and suphites
