The Maysan family business was established in 1962 and has been making authentic Oriental pastes and powders to their own secret recipes ever since.
Their first range was taken from the restaurant's kitchen and produced in response to strong demand from loyal customers who wanted to be able to make Maysan restaurant dishes at home.
Original Curry Sauce is a concentrated paste. As its name suggests it is the original, authentic Chinese curry paste mix that has become a firm favourite with home cooks and caterers alike.
Directions: Simply whisk 85g Maysan Original Curry Sauce paste in to 568ml cold water and bring to the boil, stirring constantly, then serve.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Non Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Curry Powder (Fenugreek, Turmeric, Coriander, Mustard, Fennel, Cumin, Chillies, Garlic, Ginger), Flavour Enhancer MSG, Salt, Sugar, Potato Powder (Dehydrated Potato, Antioxidant E223, Emulsifier E471, Stabiliser E450).
