Methi Parathas is a yummy dish which suits well for a meal or even a tea time snack. Methi is nothing but Fenugreek Leaves and Parathas is Indian flat bread. So together with some Indian spices results in this nutritious dish. Serve them with some Pickle and Yogurt! |

Ingredients: | Wheat Flour - 1 Cup | |
| Green Chillies finely chopped - 1 | |
| Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp | |
| Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp | |
| Pinch of Asafoetida | |
| Fresh Methi Leaves/Fenugreek Leaves chopped - ½ Cup | |
| Coriander Powder - 1 tsp | |
| Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 tsp | |
| Salt to taste | |
| Yogurt - ½ Cup | |
| Water only if required | |
| Oil to roast the Parathas | |
Method: | • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, knead into a soft dough. Add Water only if required. Let it sit for 15 min.
• Divide the dough into six equal parts. Roll this into 5" diameter rounds.
• Meanwhile heat the griddle on medium heat, roast the rolled Parathas on both the sides with some Oil till brown spots appear on them.
• Serve hot with some Chutney or Pickle-Yogurt combination.
