Cooking Instructions:

Oven Method:
Take 6 portions of chicken, remove skin and cut into small pieces, wash and drain.

Marinate chicken pieces in 1 jar of Minara's Tandoori Paste for 30 minutes, add natural yoghurt for that authentic taste.

Arrange chicken pieces in a lightly greased baking tray, roast uncovered at gas mark 4 180°C/350°F for 35 minutes or until tender.

Grill Method:
Prepare as above, grill on low heat until chicken is cooked.

Remove chicken pieces and serve hot or cold with rice and salad, accompanied with popadoms and pickles.

Ingredients: Water, Vegetable Oil, Garlic Powder, Coriander, Salt, Cumin, Ginger Powder, Turmeric, Chilli Powder, Spirit Vinegar, Paprika, Acetic Acid, Lactic Acid, Black Pepper, Ponceau E124.
