Minara's concentrated restaurant-style Tikka Masala Curry Sauce is:
• Suitable for vegetarians

• Free from artificial additives, colours and preservatives
Cooking Instructions:
Serves 4
Hob Method:
• Place 450g diced meat, fish or vegetables in a pan, and add a can of Minara's Tikka Masala Sauce plus half a can of water, stir.
• Cover and simmer until tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir Fry Method:
• Heat a dessertspoonful of oil in a wok, add meat, fish or vegetables and stir briskly.
• When meat is tender, add a can of Minara's Tikka Masala Sauce plus half a can of water and simmer until both meat and suace are well cooked.
• Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and serve hot with rice, accompanied with poppadoms, chutney and pickle.
