Cooking Instructions:

Oven Method:

Take 6 portions of chicken, remove skin and cut into small pieces, wash and drain.

Marinate chicken pieces in one jar of Minara's Tikka Paste for 30 minutes, add natural yoghurt for that authentic taste.

Arrange chicken pieces in a lightly greased baking tray, roast uncovered at gas mark 4 180°C/350°F for 35 minutes or until tender.

Grill Method:

Prepare as above, grill on low heat until chicken is cooked. Remove chicken pieces and serve hot or cold with rice and salad, accompanied with popadoms and pickles.
