A southern treat. Spice Ginger Pickle in Sesame Oil. Appetising and refreshing the Ginger is enlivened by Chilli Powder, Salt and offset by Jaggery! Seasined at the time of bottling.

Ingredients:
Ginger crushed (18%), Jaggery (15%), Water, Salt, Tamarind (10%), Spices (Chilli, Fenugreek, Mustard, Whole Red Chillies, Turmeric, Asafoetida), Sesame Oil, Cottonseed Oil, Acidity Regulator (E330).
