Carrot pickle is made in households across the Indian sub-continent, with the taste varying according to the spices available. Natco's version of this ubiquitous pickle is made using a traditional family recipe and fresh ingredients. It is delicious with naan breads, poppadoms and tortilla chips.

Ingredients: carrots (60%), water, lemon juice, salt, mixed spices, vegetable oil, garlic and citric acid.
