Vindaloo Curry Paste (Extra Hot) - Nazirs

Recipe Suggestion (serves 2)
Heat 2-tablespoons of oil in a medium sized pan or
wok
, add one mdeium diced onion and fry gently until soft and golden brown.
Add 225g of cubed beef, and fry briskly until browned.
Stir in 11/2-2 tablespoons of Nazirs Vindaloo Paste and fry for a further minute stirring continuously.
Add 120g of tinned tomatoes and fry briskly for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in 200ml of water, bring to the boil, cover and simmer over moderate heat until meat is tender (approximately 40-minutes) stirring occasionally.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice or naan.
Ingredients: Vegetable Oil, Tomato, Onion, Coriander, Salt, Cumin, Chilli, Turmeric, Garlic, Ginger, Paprika, Maize Starch, Lemon Juice, Black Pepper, Mixed Spices, Fenugreek, Acetic Acid, Lactic Acid.
