Nishaan Garlic Cloves in Brine are a quick and easy alternative to peeling and preparing fresh Garlic Cloves.

Recipe idea: Minced Lamb

• Garlic is a healthy and a much loved condiment. Take 6-cloves from the jar. Crush well with a rolling pin or chop with a sharp knife.

• Stir-fry one finely chopped onion in 1tbs oil in a pan. Cook until light brown.

• Add crushed garlic. Add 1 tsp Ginger Paste. Add 2 tsp level East End Jalfrezi Masala blend and 200g chopped tomatoes. Cook for 3 minutes.

• Add 500g minced lamb and cook until tender.

• Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with Naan Bread.

No artificial flavours or preservatives.
