Olde Goa Spicy Roast Paste is lovely with pork, beef, lamb, chicken and game. It can be used with vegetables, fish/prawns dishes too.

Recipe Idea: Serves 4

Prick 1kg meat well on all sides.

Rub rock salt and 4 tbsps Toddy vinegar in to the meat, followed by 5 tbsps Goan Spicy Roast Paste. Marinade for 1 hour.

Add 250ml water to a baking tin. Add the marinated meat and drizzle with 1 tbsp oil.

Roast for about 40 minutes at 200c until cooked thoroughly.

Chef's Tip: For an even more authentic taste, use Goan Toddy Vinegar.

Ingredients: Chillies, Fresh Ginger, Fresh Garlic, Onions, Coconut Vinegar, Spices, Condiments, Tamarind, Salt, Sugar, Corn Oil.
