This sweet and mildly spiced Onion Relish is the ideal accompaniment to Papads and Poppadums. The recipe we present here is as close to the type of Onion Relish you get in British Indian Restaurants... ENJOY! |

Preparation Time: | 10 mins + (30 minutes refrigeration time) |
Ingredients: | 60g Onion, finely chopped |
| 20g Cucumber, deseeded, finely chopped |
| 20g Tomato, deseeded, finely sliced |
| 1 tsp Fresh Green Chilli, finely chopped |
| 20g Mango Chutney |
| ½ tsp Cumin Seeds |
| ½ tsp Onion Seeds |
| 2 tbsps Fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped |
| Squeeze fresh Lemon Juice |
Method: | Simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving with Poppadums, Mint Yogurt, Mango Chutney and Lime Pickle |
