Butter Chicken Mix - Parampara

Simple steps to make Butter Chicken:

Heat and Butter Chicken is ready!

Note: Do not add anything else. This mix contains oil and salt too.

Hob method:

Whisk the entire contents of this packet with 300ml water in a bowl to form a smooth mixture.
Sauté 350g boneless chicken (small pieces) in 20g butter on a medium heat till it turns golden brown.
Add the mixture from bowl and simmer on a low heat for about 10-minutes, until the sauce becomes thick.
Add 50g fresh single or double cream and bring to the boil.

Ingredients: Onion (35%), Refined Vegetable Oil (18%), Coriander Leaves (12%), Garlic (8%), Ginger (8%), Sugar, Salt, Tomato, Spices, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric.
