Simple steps to make Chicken Karahi:

Heat and Chicken Karahi is ready!

Note: Do not add anything else. This mix contains oil and salt too.

In a cooking pan, sauté 2 medium (100g) peppers and 2 medium (100g) onions (both cut into dices) in 1 tbsp (15g) of butter on a medium heat for 1-minute. Keep it aside.

Whisk the entire contents of this packet with 2 cups (300ml) water and 100g of fresh plain yoghurt in a bowl to form a smooth mixture.

In a frying pan, sauté 400g of boneless chicken (small pieces) in 15g of butter until it turns golden brown. Add the mixture from the bowl and cook until the sauce becomes thick.

Add 50g of fresh single or double cream and bring to the boil. Add the sautéd peppers and onions and mix well.

Note: 500g of chicken with bone can be used instead of 400g boneless chicken.

Ingredients: Onion (42%), Refined Sunflower Oil (13%), Garlic (9.5%), Ginger (9.5%), Coriander Leaves (8%), Mint Leaves (5.5%), Salt (5%), Spices (3.5%), Tomato (3%), Turmeric (1%).
