Simple steps to make Chicken Madras:

Heat and Chicken Madras is ready!

Note: Do not add anything else. This mix contains oil and salt too.

Hob Method:

Mix the entire contents of this packet with 400ml water in a cooking pan. Add 400g chicken pieces.
Simmer on a medium heat for about 20-minutes until the chicken is tender and the sauce becomes thick.

Suggestion: In the above recipe, 100ml water can be replaced by the same quantity of thick coconut milk for a more authentic taste.

Ingredients: Onion (31%), Refined Vegetable Oil (13.5%), Desiccated Coconut (8%), Coriander Leaves (8%), Salt (7.5%), Garlic (7.5%), Ginger (7.5%), Spices, Green Chilli, Red Chilli Powder, Tamarind, Turmeric.
