Simple steps to make Chicken Moghlai:

Heat and Chicken Moghlai is ready!

Note: Do not add anything else. This mix contains oil and salt too.

Hob Method:

• Take 400g chicken, entire contents of this packet, 100g plain yoghurt and 300ml water in a cooking pan.
• Mix it well and cook on a medium heat for about 20-minutes until the chicken is tender.

Ingredients: Onion (40%), Refined Vegetable Oil (16%), Garlic (12%), Coriander Leaves (9%), Spices, Ginger, Salt, Green Chilli, Turmeric.
