Egg lovers from all over the world have given a nod to this dish. It's a thin gravy with a hint of mint.

Ingredients: Onion, Refined Vegetable Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Coriander, Spices, Chilli, Coriander Leaf, Green Chilli, Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat, Salt, Lemon.

This mix contains no chemical preservatives, MSG or artificial colours but may contain traces of nuts.

Recipe:

6 boiled eggs, cut in half
Egg Gravy Mix

Note: Do not add anything else. This mix contains oil and salt too.

Mix the Egg Gravy Mix with 3 cups (450 ml) of water and bring to the boil. Add 6 boiled eggs (cut into half) and serve.
