Simple steps to make Goan Fish Curry:

Coconut milk +

Heat and Goan Fish Curry is ready!

Note: Do not add anything else. This mix contains oil and salt too.

Hob Method:

Whisk the entire contents of this packet with 300ml water to form a smooth mixture and bring to the boil.
Add 500g fish (cubed) and 100ml coconut milk and heat until the fish is cooked and the sauce becomes thick (5-7 minutes).

Ingredients: Onion (41%), Refined Sunflower Oil (10.5%), Desiccated Coconut (9.5%), Coriander Leaves (9%), Salt (6.5%), Red Chilli Powder, Spices, Garlic, Ginger, Tamarind, Coriander Seeds, Turmeric.
