Goa - Best known for its beautiful beaches and exotic cuisine brings this popular local dish. A rich coconut based sauce fused with assorted spices from this region of India.

Ingredients: Onion (41%), Refined Sunflower Oil (10.5%), Desiccated Coconut (9.5%), Coriander Leaves (9%), Salt (6.5%), Red Chilli Powder (5%), Spices (4.5%), Garlic (4.5%), Ginger (4.5%), Tamarind (2.5%), Coriander Seeds (1.5%), Turmeric (1%).

No MSG. Safe from 'Sudan1'. No GM technology.

Made in a facility that processes Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Coy, Milk and Wheat.

Recipe:

Goan Fish Curry Mix
150ml thick coconut milk
300ml Water
400-500g fish pieces

Note: Do not add anything else. This mix contains oil and salt too.

Whisk the entire contents of this packet with 300ml of water and 150ml thick coconut milk in a cooking pan. Cook the mixture on a medium heat and bring to the boil. Add 400-500g of fish of your choice (cut into slices). Simmer on a low heat for about 5 to 7 minutes, till the fish is completely done.
