Simple steps to make Lamb Curry:

Heat and Lamb Curry is ready!

Note: Do not add anything else. This mix contains oil and salt too.

Hob Method:

Whisk the entire contents of this packet with 450ml water in a cooking pan.
Add 400g lamb pieces and stir well. Cover with a lid and simmer on a medium heat for 40-minutes until the lamb is tender (top up with water if sauce becomes dry).

Pressure Cooker method:

Put 400g lamb pieces, entire contents of this pack and 350ml water in a pressure cooker. Mix well and cook for 2 whistles.
Lower the flame and cook for a further 10 minutes.

Onion (39%), Refined Vegetable Oil (14.5%), Garlic (8.5%), Ginger (8.5%) Coriander Leaves (8%), Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Spices, Mint Leaves, Turmeric.
