Lamb Curry Mix - Parampara

Simple steps to make Lamb Curry:

Heat and Lamb Curry is ready!

Note: Do not add anything else. This mix contains oil and salt too.

Hob Method:

Whisk the entire contents of this packet with 6 cups (900ml) of water in a cooking pan. Add 500g of lamb pieces and stir well. Cover with a lid and simmer on a medium heat for about 60-minutes until the lamb is tender.

Microwave method:

Whisk the entire contents of this packet and 31/2 cups (525ml) of water inba microwave friendly bowl. Add 500g of lamb pieces and stir well. Cook for 35-minutes (CAT D 750W) or 25-minutes (CAT E 900W).

Ingredients: Onion (39%), Refined Sunflower Oil (14.5%), Garlic (8.5%), Ginger (8.5%) Coriander Leaves (8%), Red Chilli Powder (7%), Salt (5%), Spices (3.5%), Mint Leaves (2%), Turmeric (1%).

Made in facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk and wheat.
