Prawn Curry Masala - Parampara

Cook in 23 Minutes in a 3 step recipe.

Recipe for Prawn Curry:

Contents of this packet
+ Prawns 400-450g
+ Water 375ml
+ Coconut Milk 100ml
= Prawn Curry!

Note: Do not add anything else. This mix contains oil and salt too.

Hob Method:

• Mix the entire contents of the packet with 375ml water in a cooking pan.

• Add 400 to 450g cleaned Prawns and cook the mixture until Prawns are done (15-18 Minutes).

• Add 100ml thick Coconut Milk and cook till the sauce becomes thick (4-5 minutes).

Ingredients: Onion (41%), Refined Sunflower Oil (10.5%), Desiccated Coconut (9.5%), Coriander Leaves (9%), Salt (6.5%), Red Chilli Powder, Spices, Garlic, Ginger, Tamarind, Coriander Seeds, Turmeric.
