Chicken in a tangy mixture flavoured with traditional pickle spices.

All you need:

  • Contents of this packet

  • 500g Chicken

  • Plain Yoghurt

  • 15g Butter

  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice


    • All you do is follow this 3 step recipe: Chicken Achari - Serves 3

    1. Whisk the entire contents of this packet with 2 tsp of Lemon Juice and 6-7 tbsp (100g) of Plain Yoghurt in a bowl to form a smooth mixture

    2. Apply this mixture to 500g of boneless Chicken (small pieces)

    3. In a non-stick cooking pan, sauté the above mixture in 1tbsp (15g) of Butter on a medium heat for about 15-minutes until the Chicken is tender.

    Chef's tip: For better results, marinate the chicken for 1-hour after applying the mixture.

    According to preference, vinigar can be substituted for yoghurt.
    Note: Do not add anything else this mix contains oil and salt too.
