|Simple steps to make Vegetable Jalfrezi:|

Heat and Vegetable Jalfrezi is ready!
Note: Do not add anything else. This mix contains oil and salt too.
Instructions: Hob method:
• Whisk the entire contents of this packet with 225ml water in a bowl to form a smooth mixture.
• Sauté 300g mixed vegetables (e.g. Peppers, Potato, Cabbage, French Beans [all cut into long strips] and green peas in 20g butter in a frying pan until golden brown.
• Add 100g cubed Paneer (Cottage Cheese) along with the mixture from the bowl, stir & simmer on a low heat, for 10-12 minutes.
• Add 50g fresh single or double cream and cook until the sauce becomes thick.
