| | | Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
| | | Turmeric Powder- ¼ tsp | | | Carom Seeds - 1 tsp
| | | Salt to taste
| | | Oil for deep frying
| | Method: | • Place the Gram Flour, Oil, Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder, Carom seeds and Salt in a mixing bowl. Add little Water at a time and mix well to make a stiff dough.
• Fill the dough into a Sev Maker and press out thick strands into hot Oil. Deep fry on a low heat till crisp.
• Cool and store in an air-tight container.
