Simple summer eating, with no stress and great on a summer evening (or lunch) when you fancy chilling out. Slap all the ingredients on a big board for everyone to help themselves. Oh and don't be stingy with the Peppy Piccalilli or Chillato Chutney...

 Pork Pie, halved
 Pickled Onions - 12
 Cocktail Gherkins - 6
 Cherry Tomatoes - 12
 Celery Sticks - 4
 Ham Slices - 4
 Pate - 50g
 Chillato Chutney and/or Lucknow Mango Chutney and/or Peppy Piccalilli - 4 tbsps


• Simply prepare all the ingredients and display on the board for all to share.
