Ingredients: | Pre-prepared Bread Dough - 500 g

| Milk - 200 ml

| Mature Cheddar Cheese - 100 g

| Brie - 75 g
| |
| Apple, cored and sliced - 1
| |
| Spring Onions, roughly chopped - 4
| |
| Price's Spices Peppy Piccalilli - 100 g | |
Method: | • Add the milk to the bread mix along with 300ml warm water. Follow the packet for any specific instructions otherwise mix together to form a dough and allow to rise at room temperature until it has doubled in size.
• Combine the cheddar with the brie, apple and spring onions. Divide into 8 portions
• Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece out to 10cm, then place a portion of the cheese mixture into the centre. Gather up the edges of the dough and pinch together to seal.
• Re-shape as required then place onto a floured baking sheet, and cover with a damp cloth for 30 minutes.
•Brush the rolls with a splash of milk and then place into the oven at 190°C for 20 minutes.
