Recipe for Tandoori Chicken:

1. Marinate 4 chicken thighs with 2 generous tbsps Rajah Tandoori Paste, Lemon Juice, Natural Yogurt, 1 tbsp Oil and Salt to taste, refrigerate for 7 hours or overnight.

2. Bake in a hot oven turning and basting occasionally until cooked.

3. Then grill for 1-2 minutes to brown before serving.

Serve with side salad and a Rajah Mango Chutney.

Also ideal as a marinade for barbeques - use 1 heaped tbsp (20g) per 250g serving meat, fish or vegetables - always ensure fully cooked before serving.

Ingredients: Water, Ginger Puree, Salt, Sunflower Oil, Coriander, Cumin, Gram Flour, Garlic Puree, Aniseed, Acetic Acid, Fenugreek, Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Clove, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Lemon Juice, Mustard, Colour (Paprika Extract).

Refrigerate after opening.
