For delicious Paneer Tawa Masala - Paneer in Spicy Tomato Onion Gravy - all you need to add are paneer, tomatoes and onion.

Ingredients
• Paneer - 150 g)
• Tomatoes - 150 g (3 Medium Size)
• Onion - 60 g (1 Medium Size)
• Rasoi Magic Paneer Tawa Mix 1 packet

Method
• Mix the entire pack of spice mix to 1 cup of milk to make a paste.
• Heat 3 tbsp. oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion and fry till edges turn brown. Add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 mins.
• Add spice mix paste and fry till oil separates. Add paneer cubes, ½ cup water and cover. Cook till oil surfaces. Garnish and serve hot with roti,naan or paratha.

You do not need to add anything else. The pack contains salt too.

Chef's Tip: you can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
Ingredients: Dehydrated Onion, Milk Solids, Red Chilli, Cashew Nuts, Iodised Salt, Coriander, Garlic, Tomato Powder, Refined Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Ginger, Fenugreek Leaves, Cornflour, Rose Petals, Spices & Condiments.

Store in a cool, dry place.
