Ingredients: Salt, Red Chilli, Paprika, Papain, Black Pepper, Brown Cardamom, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Mace, Fennel, Citric Acid (E330).

2kg chops/meat, beaten and flattened
175g ghee/oil
Shan Fried Chops/Steak Mix

• Sprinkle the Shan Fried Chops/Steak Mix over the meat and set aside for 1-2 hours.

• Heat the oil/ghee, add the chops and stir fry lightly for a few minutes.

• Tightly cover the pot and cook on a very low heat for 10-15 minutes - do not overcook.

Serve hot with French fries, green chutney and tomato sauce.
