Ingredients: Wheat/Corn/Gram Flour, Salt, Red Chilli, Dehydrated Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Bay Leaf, Citric Acid (E330), Black Cumin, Green Mango, Clove, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Carom, Turmeric.

Recipe Suggestion:

Lahori Fish - Batter-coated, Spicy Fried Fish

1kg Fish/Prawns, boned and cut into cubes or slices
500g Ghee/Oil for deep frying
Shan Lahori Fish Mix

• Mix 1/2 cup water with the Shan Lahori Fish Mix to make a smooth batter.

• Apply to the fish and marinate for 30 minutes.

• Deep fry the fish until brown and crispy.

• Serve with raita and salad.
