Ingredients: Red Chilli, Salt, Cumin, Tomato, Black Pepper, Brown Cardamom, Papain, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Green Cardamom, Clove, Ginger, Garlic, Star Aniseed, Paprika, Onion, Coriander, Citric Acid (E330), Tartaric Acid (E334).
Recipe Suggestion:
11/2kg ground Minced Meat
1 Onion, finely diced
1-2 tbsps Ggreen Chilli, chopped
3-4 tbsps Green Coriander, chopped
75g Ghee/Oil
Shan Tikkiya Kabab Masala
• Mix the Shan Tikkiya Kabab Masala with 1/2cup water. Add the onion, green chillies and green coriander and mix well.
• Add the minced meat and mix and knead like a dough.
• Form thin, round tikkiyas 2-3" in diameter and shallow fry in the ghee/oil until slightly brown on both sides.
• Serve hot with chutney.
