Green Masala Paste - Simtom

Recipe Idea: (serves 2 people)

1. Place 4 cod steaks on 4 pieces of foil 20cm x 20cm.

2. Mix 2tbsp simtom green masala with 1 tbsp lime juice.

3. Coat each cod steak with the mixture.

4. Sprinkle half tbsp fresh chopped coriander on each steak.

5. Wrap the fish in the foil and steam for 15-20 minutes.

6. Garnish with tomato and lime.

Serve with rice and a selection of simtom pickles and chutneys.

Ingredients: Vegetable Oil, Garlic, Coriander, Water, Salt, Cumin, Turmeric, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Diacetate, Chilli, Spices, Acetic Acid, Preservatives: Sodium Metabisulphite.
