Green Masala Paste - Simtom

Recipe Idea: (serves 2 people)

• Place 4 cod steaks on 4 pieces of foil 20cm x 20cm.

• Mix 2tbsp simtom green masala with 1 tbsp lime juice.

• Coat each cod steak with the mixture.

• Sprinkle half tbsp fresh chopped coriander on each steak.

• Wrap the fish in the foil and steam for 15-20 minutes.

• Garnish with tomato and lime.

Serve with rice and a selection of simtom pickles and chutneys.

Ingredients: Vegetable Oil, Garlic, Coriander, Water, Salt, Cumin, Turmeric, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Diacetate, Chilli, Spices, Acetic Acid, Preservatives: Sodium Metabisulphite.
