Recipe Instructions: (Serves 2 People)
1. Mix 200g minced lamb, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander, 1 tsp dried mint, 2 tbsp simtom kebab paste, 1 chopped dry slice of bread (without crusts) and a beaten egg together.
2. Divide mixture into eight small kebabs 3cm in diameter. Place on a well greased baking tray in an oven heated to 190°C, Gas Mark 5 for 25 minutes, turning over once.
Serve with naan and selection of simtom's pickles and chutneys.
