Parampara Starterz: Chicken Achari
Cooking time: 15 minutes

All you need:
Contents of this packet
500g Chicken
15g Butter
100g Plain Yoghurt
2 tsp Lemon Juice
All you do is follow this 3 step recipe: Chicken Achari - Serves 4
1. Whisk the entire contents of this packet with 2 tsp lemon juice and 6-7 tbsp (100g) plain yoghurt in a bowl to form a smooth mixture
2. Apply this mixture to 500g of boneless Chicken (small pieces)
3. In a cooking pan, sauté the chicken mixture in 1tbsp (15g) of Butter on a medium heat for 15 minutes until tender and thoroughly cooked
Chef's tip: For better results, marinate the chicken for 1-hour after applying the mixture.
Note: Do not add anything else - this mix contains oil and salt too.
