Chicken Thighs - 8

| ||Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tbsp|| |
| ||Mayonnaise - 7 tbsps|| |
| ||Rapeseed Oil - 1 tbsp|| |
| ||Lucknow Mango Chutney - 7 tbsps|| |
• Heat the oven to 190°C.
• Add the oil to a frying pan and place over a high heat. Cook the onion and garlic until soft.
• Turn off the heat and stir in the Lucknow Chutney, Worcestershire Sauce and mayonnaise.
• Arrange the chicken in a non stick oven tray greased with a little oil. Cover in the mixture and bake in the oven for 50 minutes until cooked through and sticky all over the top.
• Serve with salad or rice or both and enjoy.
