Spice Guru - Fabulous Fish Masala Blend:

Cooking Instructions:

1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. After Browning a diced Onion add in a 227g tin of Tomatoes. Stir in 40g Curry Paste.

2. Add 450g of Prawns, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes on a medium heat.

Ingredients:

Spice Blend (Salt, Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Cardamom, Star Anise, Cloves, Fenugreek, Chilli Powder, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Mace, Bay Leaves, Nutmeg), Green Chillies, Garlic, Sunflower Oil, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Acetic Acid)
