Cook traditional Gujarati style Spinach and Onion Curry at home with this carefully blended spice mix.

20-30 mins


500g Spinach, chopped
 1 Onion, chopped
 2 tbsp Sunflower/Vegetable Oil
 Salt to taste
 Garlic - 1½ tsp crushed
 Green Chillies - 1 tsp chopped (optional)
 Curry Cuisine Spinach and Onion Curry - 1 Pack


• Place the oil in a pan and heat. Add the Fenugreek Seeds from the Curry Cuisine Spinach and Onion Curry Pack and heat until they start to brown.

• Add the chopped Onion and cook until golden brown, over a medium heat.

• Add the chopped Spinach, Garlic, Chillies and Curry Cuisine Spice Mix, stir and cook, partially covered, for 10 minutes.

Serve with Chapattis.
