Sprouted Moong - 1/2 Cup
| ||Pomogranate - 1/4 Cup|| |
| ||Chopped Cucumber - 1/4 Cup|| |
| ||Finely chopped Onions - 1 tbsp|| |
| ||Finely chopped Green Chillies - 1 tsp|| |
| ||Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp|| |
| ||Salt to taste – || |
| ||Lemon juice - 1 tbsp|| |
| ||Finely chopped Coriander Leaves (Cilantro) for garnishing|| |
• Follow the instructions for sprouting your beans using our Bean Sprout Maker.
• Place the Sprouts in a mixing bowl.
• Add Onions, Cucumber, Pomogranate and other ingredients.
• Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
Note: Any other Sprouted Beans can also be used in place of Moong Bean.
