  • Medium to low heat is preferable for boiling, stewing, pan frying, deep frying

  • For vegetables with a high water content do not add extra water for pan frying. If essential, put in minimum water and then reduce heat from medium to low within a minute to finish cooking

  • Meats with high fat content can be pan fried without putting in extra fat or oil. The cooking procedure remains the same as cited above

  • A little fat or oil is needed for cooking food like Mutton, Fish, Eggs, Cauliflower and Carrot. irst the fat should be placed on medium heat in the Karahi, and then the food should be placed in. For some dishes, the heat may be required to be turned down to low

  • Salt can cause the formation or white spots on stainless steel. To prevent it, always add salt only after the water/gravy has come to the boil.

  • If sticking does occur, clean cookware well. Most sticking results from cooking at too high a temperature

  • Food can be stored in the refrigerator in this Karahi without loss of taste or nutrition
