This is a true family seasoning developed more than 60 years ago. Use Tex's Coat and Bake Coating in the cooking of all your favourite coat and bake recipes. Its magical blend of specially selected tropical herbs and spices give that distinctive, aromatic and delicious flavour to bring out the real tropical taste.

Directions:
For best results - do not add salt.

Wash the chicken portions and dip into whisked egg or milk. Put some of the chicken coating in a bowl or polythene bag. Add the chicken portions into the coating, ensuring they are completely coated.

Place the coated chicken pieces on a warm baking tray and bake in the oven at 390F / 200C for 30 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.

Serve with rice, vegetables, pasta, salads, chips or potatoes.

Ingredients: Wheatflour, Salt, Flavour Enhancer E621, Black Pepper, Sage, Celery Seed, White Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder, Nutmeg, Onion Powder, Rusk, Raising Agents E431, 500.
