Directions:

Coat chicken in whisked egg or milk. Put in a container with the chicken mix and mix thoroughly until the chicken is evenly coated. Deep fry the chicken portions until cooked - approx 15 minutes.

Serve with rice, vegetables, pasta, salads, chips or potatoes.
