This is a true family seasoning developed more than 60 years ago. Use Tex's Jamaican Jerk Seasoning in the cooking of all your favourite jerk recipes. Its magical blend of specially selected tropical herbs and spices give that distinctive, aromatic and delicious flavour to bring out the real tropical taste.

Directions:
For best results - do not add salt.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Tex's Jamaican Jerk Seasoning onto 1kg of meat, chicken or fish and rub in thoroughly. Leave to marinate and then cook as desired, in the oven grill, microwave or BBQ.

Serve with rice, vegetables, pasta, salads, chips or potatoes.

Ingredients: Salt, Flavour Enhancer E621, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, Celery Seed, Coriander, Paprika, Sage, Pimento, Cinnamon, Thyme.
