The Curry Sauce Co produces a range of delicious curry sauces so you can enjoy restaurant quality meals in the comfort of your own home, with the bare minimum of preparation.
Curry Sauce Co Balti Sauce: made with red and green jalapeno peppers, this is best served with vegetables or chicken and a Naan Bread on the side.
To make Balti:
• Stir-fry 650g cubed chicken breast in a little oil for 2-3 minutes.
• Add 475g Balti curry sauce and simmer until chicken is tender.
• To serve, turn into a balti dish, garnish with chopped fresh coriander and serve with warm naan bread.
For Lamb Balti: substitute 650g pre-cooked lamb for the chicken and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, add the Balti curry sauce and simmer until hot. Turn into a balti dish and garnish as above.
For Prawn Balti: substitute 650g pre-cooked prawns, add the Balti curry sauce and heat through. Do not overcook as the prawns will turn rubbery. Turn into a balti dish and garnish as above.

Store out of direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 2 days. Suitable for freezing.
