The Curry Sauce Co produces a range of delicious curry sauces so you can enjoy restaurant quality meals in the comfort of your own home, with the bare minimum of preparation.
Curry Sauce Co Dhansak Sauce: a rich, sweet and sour curry, with lentils and spinach. Great with vegetables of course but also chicken and prawns.
To make Lamb or Chicken Dhansak:
• Cube 125g meat or chicken per person and seal quickly in a wok or frying pan with 2 tbsps oil.
• Shake the Dhansak sauce well and add to the pan. Simmer until the meat or chicken is tender, adding water or stock as necessary to maintain consistency.
• To serve, turn into a balti dish and garnish with fresh, chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice or roti.
For Prawn Dhansak, substitute 500g cooked peeled prawns to the Dhansak sauce and heat thoroughly.

Free from gluten, artificial colours, flavourings and preservatives and suitable for vegetarians
Contains Celery and Mustard (produced in an environment that uses Nuts)
Store out of direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 2 days. Suitable for freezing.
